Start attempt 1 = bust

Had a rubber section on the back of the fuel rail burst right as I was getting ready to pull out of the garage and fire up. I did a serious overhaul on the entire fuel rail and it now holds 55psi for 3+hours.

It’s all put back together and ready to get start. Hopefully tonight will turn out a lot better. Here are some pictures.

Stress..

This weekend while I was working on the car I got the fuel line hooked up. When I keyed up the fuel pump I found a hole in the rubber section of the fuel rail. So I ended up taking off the supercharger, plenum, harness and fuel rail to fix the problem. Not a huge deal, but I ended up blowing an afternoon on this little set back. I am getting a nice tax rebate soon so then the intercooler kit will be ordered with the final few parts and the car will be pretty much done! I think first start will happen within 2 weeks. Get ready for vids!
